This original mixed media artwork on a raw-edged piece of baltic birch is a unique blend of paper and wax. A collage was created with strips of vintage sheet music, screen printed handwritten text, maps, and abstract ink artworks. The collage is coated with smooth layers of encaustic (beeswax) medium, giving this piece a rich depth and natural beauty.
